During a printing the belt was skipping. I greased (super lube) the gliders. A bit difficult for the sides to reach, but haven’t found out yet on how to remove the structure. After greasing unfortunately the printer was skipping at nearly same spot during printing. I greased the gliders again, but problem consists on nearly same spot again. Any suggestions how to solve?

    Hi Mostfun,
Thnaks for your quick advice. I was not able to solve problem yet. I checked the belt, but it seems fine. What I noticed that although lubricated thoroughly the left or right glider (I am not exactly sure) seems to stuck at same place. This is a very distinctive place where it is hard to move the glider, even by hand I have top use relative strong force and prevent the whole printer from moving.

To test further I have moved the print, to another place on the printer bed and printing went well. I moved the printer back to original spot and print failed at exactly same spot in operation, skipping the beld slipped again. This happened same area where the glider seems stuck. Visually I can not see any damage. Any idea how to solve?

    regards,
    Stefan

    Hi Mostfun,

I have tightened the pulley (right side) as suggested and indicated in http://mostfun.cc/docs/troubleshooting/mostfunpro-troubleshooting/belt-loose/ . Now skipping occurs only in y direction. Should I tighten the other pulley as well? And if so how to get to the pulley as the screws can not be reached. Should I remove the motor and then tighten the pulley. Can you make a instruction for this?
    thanks for the support!
    Stefan
